Can I buy third-party liability insurance using the VIN before registration?
Yes, for an imported car you can buy OC using the VIN before receiving Polish registration plates. After registration you must report the assigned plates to the insurer.
What insurance is compulsory for a car in Poland?
Only OC (third-party liability) is compulsory. AC, Assistance and other types of insurance are voluntary but recommended.
